Welcome to Numanz! By accessing or using our website (www.numanz.in) and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree with any of the provisions, please refrain from using our website or services.
Eligibility
Age Requirement:
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Numanz website and services. By using this site, you confirm that you are 18 or older, or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Use by Minors:
Individuals under 18 may only use our website with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. The supervising adult is responsible for ensuring that the minor’s use of the site is in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Product Information
Accuracy:
We strive to provide accurate, current information on our products, including descriptions, ingredients, usage directions, and images. Every effort is made to ensure that product details on our site are correct.
Errors and Omissions:
Despite our best efforts, there may occasionally be mistakes (e.g., typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, or availability). Numanz reserves the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Colours & Images:
Product images are for representation purposes. The actual colour or packaging of products may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to lighting or screen display differences. Such minor variations do not indicate a defect or misrepresentation.
Pricing and Payment
Currency and Taxes:
All prices on www.numanz.in are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. Any additional fees (e.g., shipping or COD charges) will be shown at checkout.
Payment Methods:
We accept various payment options for your convenience:
UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
Net Banking (online bank transfers)
Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)
Cash on Delivery (COD) – available for eligible orders and incurs a handling fee as per order value.
Cash on Delivery Terms:
If you choose COD, the following non-refundable handling fees will apply:
- Orders ₹0-999: ₹49 COD
- Orders ₹1000+: ₹29 COD
This COD fee is added at checkout and is non-refundable even if the order is later cancelled or returned, since it covers the cash handling service.
Payment for COD orders must be made in full at the time of delivery (please keep the exact amount ready, as delivery agents may have limited change).
Payment Completion:
For prepaid orders, your order will be processed only after successful payment. In case of payment failures or errors (such as duplicate transactions or technical issues), please contact us at order@numanz.in. We will assist in confirming the order or issuing refunds for any duplicate charges.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Order Confirmation:
After you place an order on our site, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS with the details of your purchase. This confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order request; however, it is not a final acceptance of your order.
Right to Refuse or Cancel:
Numanz reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, even after an order confirmation is issued. Some situations that may lead to order cancellation include:
- The product you ordered is unavailable or out of stock.
- Inaccuracies or errors in product pricing or information.
- Suspicion of fraud or unauthorised/illegal transaction detected.
- Delivery address outside our delivery zones or serviceable areas.
In such cases, we will notify you of the cancellation and refund any payment you have made for that order (if applicable).
Customer-Initiated Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 1 hour of placing the order by contacting us at orders@numanz.in. We’ll do our best to accommodate the cancellation. After 1 hour, or if the order has already been processed/shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. (You can still return the product if it qualifies under our Return Policy.)
Numanz-Initiated Cancellation:
In the rare event we cannot fulfil your order (e.g., due to stock unavailability or an unforeseen issue), we will cancel the order and inform you via email/phone. Any payment made will be refunded in full via the original payment method.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery Areas:
We currently ship products within India. If your address is in a non-serviceable region (out of our courier partner’s delivery range), we will inform you and not charge you for the order (or issue a refund if payment was taken).
Delivery Timeline:
Orders are typically delivered within 3–6 business days from the date of dispatch. Major cities often see faster deliveries (2-4 days), whereas remote or rural areas may take up to 7 days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays can occur due to logistics issues, weather, or other unforeseen events.
Order Processing:
We strive to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (2 working days) of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During peak sale periods or festivals, processing may take a little longer than usual – we appreciate your patience during such times.
Shipping Charges:
We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹499 (order value after discounts, if any). For other orders:
- Orders below ₹399 → ₹59 shipping fee.
- Orders ₹399 and above → Free Shipping
These charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Numanz is at fault (for example, wrong/damaged product shipped or cancellation initiated by us).
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification via email/SMS with a tracking link or number. You can use this information to track the delivery status on our courier partner’s website. If you face any issues in tracking, contact our support team for assistance.
Delivery Attempts:
Our courier partners will attempt delivery at your shipping address. If you are unavailable, they may contact you or attempt re-delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package. For COD orders, repeated failure to accept the package may result in cancellation of the order.
Receipt of Goods:
Upon delivery, please check the package for any obvious damage or leakage. If the package is tampered with or damaged, you have the right to refuse the delivery. Inform us immediately at orders@numanz.in if this happens.
Eco-Friendly Packaging:
We care about the environment. Your order will be packaged securely using sustainable or recyclable packaging materials as much as possible, to minimise waste while ensuring your products arrive in perfect condition.
Returns and Refunds
Please refer to our detailed Return Policy and Refund Policy sections below for full information. Here is a quick summary:
We accept returns only if a product was delivered in damaged condition or if an incorrect item was received, due to hygiene reasons. If you receive a wrong or damaged product, notify us within 48 hours with proof (photos/video). Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund promptly. We do not accept returns for opened or used products, or for subjective issues like personal dislike of a product.
Refunds for cancelled orders or approved returns are processed back to your original payment method (or via bank transfer for COD). Shipping fees and COD charges are not refunded except when the fault is ours.

Intellectual Property
Ownership of Content:
All content on the Numanz website – including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, video clips, downloads, and software – is the property of Numanz or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Limited License:
You are granted a limited, revocable license to access and make personal use of our site. However, you may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the website or its content without express written permission from Numanz.
Prohibited Use:
Any unauthorised use of the materials on our site (such as using content for commercial purposes, modifying texts or images, or creating derivative works) is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of your access and legal action.
Limitation of Liability
Use of Products:
Numanz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use (or inability to use) our products or website, including but not limited to any allergic reactions, skin issues, or damages resulting from misuse of the product. Our products are safe when used as directed, and it is the user’s responsibility to follow instructions and heed warnings.
Website Use:
We strive to keep our website up and running smoothly. However, Numanz takes no responsibility for the temporary unavailability of the website due to technical issues beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on information obtained through the site or by any delays, inaccuracies, or omissions in the site’s content.
Maximum Liability:
In all cases, the maximum liability of Numanz (and its directors, officers, employees, and agents) shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the product or service that gave rise to the liability. We shall not be liable for any damages that exceed this amount.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Numanz, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, and employees, from and against any claim, demand, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the website, your breach of these Terms & Conditions, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. This means you will reimburse us for any cost or loss we suffer because of something you did that was not in line with these terms.

Our website or communications may contain links to third-party websites or services for your convenience (for example, an article on our blog might link to an external resource). Please note that Numanz does not have control over these external sites, and we do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing any third-party link is at your own risk. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of those sites if you visit them. Numanz will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on third-party websites.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. In case of any disputes or legal proceedings, they shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
By using our site, you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections to an inconvenient forum. (If you are a consumer, you may also have rights to bring proceedings in your local jurisdiction under applicable consumer laws.)
